No convenience fees are charged for eChecks or Credit/Debit cards when paying with your online payment account. American Express cards are accepted.

Please note: A $1.25 convenience fee is charged for every $100.00 for Credit/ Debit cards when using the ‘one-time payment’ option or the Bill2Pay mobile app. Toho Water Authority does not receive any portion of this convenience fee.

Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be changing to a new online payment portal mid-March 2023. To protect the security of your personal information, Toho will not be transferring this information to the new payment portal. Once the new online payment portal is available, you will receive an email message with instructions to re-enroll.
